DEVELOPMENT: After discussion of the research, insights and mood boards, product illustrations (if applicable) can be sketched. Packaging, colours and relevance will be based on the brand DNA.

This is also the phase where a factory will be sourced and approved by means of portfolio review (samples and factory visit). Packaging and products will be selected; technical sketches will be completed to the approved designs (where applicable). Following the sketch approval, the concept samples will be developed - contracted out (at the established factory) and managed for proper production methods. Once approved, the samples will be ready for production.

Development stage is an on-going stage depending on how many concepts will be created; this makes it difficult to estimate a price. Once we have a better idea where you would like to take the brand, we can provide you with a quote.

DISTRIBUTION # PHASE FOUR : Once the brand is well on its way to finding its footing with a few sample developments, this is when a distribution strategy will need to be accelerated. Thinking through the process of NEW ways of distribution for the product that goes beyond the typical “store”.

Organizing photo-shoots for creating product look-books and online photos for distribution and sales proposes.
